I’ve used vitamins and supplements for most of my adult life. But in my mid-40s, I started noticing something strange: the same bottles I’d trusted for years didn’t feel the same. Same packaging, different effect.

So I did what most people would do—I started trying new ones. What I found was either way too strong, like getting hit with a 2x4 and then crashing, or so weak I felt nothing at all. That’s when I decided to “reinvent the wheel” and develop my own vitamins.

Boy howdy, I had no idea what I didn’t know.

I started talking to companies about launching a vitamin line. They threw out compound options, but I’m not a chemist—I had no clue how those compounds would be digested. So I did what felt natural: I went back to the brick-and-mortar vitamin store and started reading the backs of boxes. Most of them were just “proprietary blends.”

That’s when I made it my mission to learn. I’m still no pharmacist or chemist, but I read articles, dig into research, and try to understand how the body works and how ingredients break down. If you see a vitamin on this site, I’ve used it myself. I’ve done the homework, and I believe it’s a great product.

That said, I’m always looking for better blends—especially ones that are easier to digest. I stay away from fad vitamins and high-performance formulas meant for people lifting their house at the gym. Every site on the internet sells those. That’s not what we’re about.

While I was deep in my vitamin phase, I noticed my wife going through the same thing with skincare. As most people know, your skin changes as you age. She’d buy a product, try it for 30 days, and pass it on to someone else. I watched her test items from online stores and brick-and-mortar shops. That’s how our beauty products came to be—she tries them, gives honest feedback, and we only list what she truly likes.

We’re always searching for better suppliers and cleaner, more transparent products. What you see here is what we’ve found and loved so far. We hope you do too.
