We accept returns of unopened, sealed, and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Eligible returns maybe exchanged or credited your account for future purchases.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund once verified. Burdock and Bloom Labs LLC will cover all shipping costs in these rare cases.
